The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against coaccused Avinash Kumar not against this petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that after investigation, I.O. has submitted final form. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
