2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities no.2 to make payment of price of land Rs. 15,32,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs and thirty two thousand) and more as per market value of Land for acquisition of land measuring an area-8 Decimal (2 katha 9 Dhur)
2/4 situated at Village-Dhangarwa Tola, Bada Pareuwa, P.S. & Circle-Raxaul, Khata no-24, Khesara no-366 of the petitioner acquired for N.H.28A for construction of road situated beside N.H.28A within the P.S- & Circle-Raxaul, District-East Champaran acquired by land acquisition Department East Champaran for which land possession certificate issued by the office of circle officer Raxaul, East Champaran, be issued.
(ii) a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities no-2 to notify 8 Decimal Land in the official Gazette of Land Acquisition Department, East Champaran (Motihari) as the said land is also in the possession of Land Acquisition Department as per the trace map made by the Anchal Amin on 21.09.2013 itself and make payment of price of land Rs. 15,32,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs and thirty two thousand) and more as per market value of Land for acquisition of land measuring
3/4 an area-8 Decimal (2 katha 10 Dhur) situated at Village-Dhangarwa Tola, Bada Pareuwa, P.S. & Circle-Raxaul, Khata no-24, Khesara no-366 of the petitioner acquired for N.H.28A for construction of road situated beside N.H.28A within the P.S- & Circle-Raxaul, District- East Champaran acquired by land requisition Department East Champaran for which land possession certificate issued by the office of circle officer Raxaul, East Champaran, be issued.
(iii) any other relief as the petitioner is entitled to."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be presenting his fresh representation alongwith supporting document before the Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran within a period four weeks.
4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petitioner is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of
4/4 allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent, the Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran in next four weeks and if such petition alongwith supporting documents are filed, the aforesaid respondent shall be taking up the matter and it is expected that a reasoned order is passed at an earliest.
