No. 86 of 2018 dated 02.04.2018 registered at Police Station Mashrakh District-Saran under Sections 307, 323, 341/34 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2018 in relation to an offence allegedly committed in the year 2018. It is not in dispute that the trial is nearing completion and the statement of the material witnesses already stands recorded. It is seen that from time to time, this Court has been directing for expeditious disposal of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old and ailing lady and may have required some immediate

As prayed for, at this stage, this petition is disposed of, as prayed for, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below for release her on bail, for the reason that at this point of time, the trial court is best aware of the attending facts and circumstances perhaps warranting release of the accused.
