Patna High Court MJC No.2369 of 2015 (6) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 submitted that now no case for contempt is made out in view of the direction of the writ Court. The District Magistrate I/C has also tendered his unqualified apology for the delay caused in the proceedings of this Court.
The contempt application thus stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order, which has been passed to his detriment.
