JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kowakol P.S.Case No. 7 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120B, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that an enquiry was conducted with respect to the documents filed by the petitioner for appointment as teacher pursuant to the order of this Court and signature and photograph of the petitioner do not tally with the signature on the application filed by the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the photograph was old and, as such the same does not tally and petitioner has been removed from the service and she is a lady. Heard learned APP also.

No.22067 of 2018 (3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on her so surrendering she will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nawada, in connection with Kowakol P.S.Case No. 7 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in the investigation and appear before the police as and when required.
