JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 The present contempt petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 06.04.2015 passed in CWJC No. 17484 of 2008, whereby and where under the respondents/ opposite parties were directed to re-arrange the seniority of the writ petitioners vis-à-vis the private respondents.
Patna High Court MJC No.1089 of 2016 (7) dt.26-07-2018 3/3 The opposite parties in their show cause filed on 18.05.2018 has submitted in paragraph no. 12 that the seniority list of the Technical Supervisors/ Supervisors/ Sizing Jobbers / Technical Assistant and other equivalent employees have been re-arranged and fresh seniority list has been published under order dated 10.05.2018. The said re-arranged seniority list has been annexed to the show cause filed by the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the order, disobedience whereof, has been complained of, has fully been complied with, hence there is no need to proceed further in the present case.
