In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the present petitioner has assaulted the Informant, a Headmaster.
