2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 308(2), 308(3), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when informant was ploughing his field, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused person, including this petitioner, variously armed, stopped the tractor and assaulted driver of the tractor and also snatched gold chain from his neck and took Rs. 25,000/- from him.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that assertion of right, title and possession by both parties over a piece of land, led to maarpeet between them in which both sides

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation, simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P. S. Case No. 461 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
