JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-06-2016 The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondents to dispose of the encroachment appeal filed on 01.04.2016 before the Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif after being dissatisfied by the order dated 04.03.2016, 11.03.2016 and 18.03.2016 passed by the Circle Officer, Biharsharif in Land Encroachment Case No. 17 of 2015-16.

This writ application is being disposed of with direction to the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
