2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 820 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 105 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioners are accused of causing death of the victim due to negligence/ accident.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. The petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 820 of 2024.
