JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 08.10.2012 as contained in Annexure-1 to all the three writ petitions by which licences of several persons including the three petitioners granted for running PDS shops have been cancelled.

Petitioners have preferred Appeal Case No. 195 (M)/2012/ 65(M)/2013, Appeal Case No. 196(M)/2012/ 66(M)/2013 and Appeal Case No. 193(M)/2012/ 63(M)/2013 all of them have unfortunately remain pending before the District Magistrate, Nawada since 2012.

Accordingly, these writ applications are being disposed of with a direction to the respective appellate authorities to dispose of the appeals on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
