JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 24-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner in association of her family members used to torture the daughter of the informant of non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ultimately killed her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. He submits that husband of the deceased has surrendered before the court below. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and she is languishing in judicial custody since

Considering the fact that the husband of the deceased has surrendered before the learned court below, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran, Chhapra in connection with S.Tr. No. 236 of 2020 arising out of Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020.
