JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2017 The petitioner had appeared in B. Tech. Part-III Examination, held by Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, in the month of August, 2015. He has a grievance that his answer scripts of the subjects Intr. to Microprocessor and Analog Electronics have not been duly evaluated and he had been awarded less marks than what he deserved.

Learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the University, has submitted that the petitioner, subsequently, has taken Part-III examination in the year 2016 and has passed in the said examination.

This application is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
