2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 405 of 2024.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that his biometric data did not tally in Agniveer examination. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that petitioner is a person of bright career and he is a person of clean antecedent and is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48868 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 custody since 04.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 405 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
