The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2023 in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 143/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 202.08 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the Bolero vehicle.

However, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45989 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 State vehemently opposed the bail application. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, I, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Nautan Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
