Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3387 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/3 The petitioners is/are apprehending his/their arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation, as alleged against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and his family members with iron rod. It is further alleged that they forcibly took away fifty bags of cement and iron rods and also tried to molest female members of his family.
Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present due to old land dispute. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by the father of the informant is simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his/their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IX, Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 53 of
