2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhol) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has said that she has eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2020.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhol) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020.
