2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with the present case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. There is recovery of 480 litres of illicit liquor. The petitioners are in jail since 31.05.2024 and have clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each in some charitable organization without accepting their guilt.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-1st Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra/concerned court below in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024 subject to the condition that:- (I). The petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Chapra and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.
