The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 506 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case and the injury found on the person of Ravi Kumar was simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23136 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2 / 2 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
