Mr. Mrigendra Kumar learned State counsel while filing supplementary counter affidavit informs that the petitioner has

been appointed. He encloses the appointment letter as well in the affidavit.

In view of the position reflecting from the second supplementary counter affidavit filed today on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Health Department enclosing the order of appointment of the petitioner dated 20.7.2017, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
