2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for quashing the order dated 02.05.2026 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Munger in arbitration case no. 05/2022 whereby rejected the claim of petitioner and confirmed the order dated 15.12.2020 passed in land acquisition case no. 25/2015-16 passed by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Munger;

(ii) for direction to the respondents NHAI and the District Land Acquisition, Munger to redetermine the quantum of the compensation as the land is commercial in nature bearing

1784 area 1.53 and upon which two storey building was already there in which Petitioner and his family members were residing therein whereas compensation has been paid lesser Rs.149722.37 for the area 0.766 decimals(766 square Kari);

(iii) and grant other relief/ reliefs as deem fit with the fact.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the component Civil Court for the redressal of the grievance against the order passed by the Arbitrator cum Divisional Commissioner, Munger in Arbitration Case No. 05/2022 (Upendra Sahni vs. the State of Bihar & Anr.) which stands disposed of 02.05.2026.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner, having taken note of the fact that the time is still there with the petitioner to file a proper petition before the competent Civil Court, the writ petition is disposed of.
