=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this case, the petitioner has claimed two reliefs from this Court, firstly the exemption of AMG, MMG, Shunt Capacitor Charge and DPS as per 2011 Industrial Policy as well as he has disputed the amount of bill.

As far as correction of the electricity bill is concerned, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach to the Consumer Grievance Redresal Forum, Muzaffarpur which has been crated by the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.9946 of 2016 dt.08-05-2017 Electricity Regulation Commission in exercise of power conferred upon it under the Section 181 read with sub-section 5, 6 & 7 of Section 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the C.G.R.M., Muzaffarpur will examine the case and will take a decision in accordance with law.

As far as the grievance with regard to exemption of Minimum Guarantee and Shunt Capacitor Charge, D.P.S. etc. is concerned, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a fresh application before the Executive Engineer of the area concerned who will look into the matter and take a decision in accordance with law. If a fresh application is filed before both the authorities, it is expected that they will dispose of the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the application.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
