JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In order to encourage compromise between the parties notice was issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 31.05.2017.

However, no one appears on behalf of Opposite Party No. 2 and the Court is not being in a position to know the response of the Opposite Party No. 2, whether the Opposite Party No. 2 is willing to compromise the case or not.

Having regard to the facts that the dispute pertains to the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner with the informant and there is a complaint case filed by the daughter of the petitioner is pending, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20013 of 2017 (6) dt.21-09-2017 surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Complaint Case No. 2052C of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
