JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Learned A.C. to G.A. 18 appearing on behalf of the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.09.2008 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 5637 of 2007, the opposite party no.5- the Block Development Officer, Kauakole, District- Nawada, has decided the representation of the petitioner on 03.09.2013, which is also communicated to the petitioner, vide memo no.1460 dated 07.09.2013 which would appear from Annexure A to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.5 on 01.10.2013.
