JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2017 This application is for modification of the order dated 30.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49641 of 2016, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with condition to deposit entire Rs.75 lacs. At that time, petitioner had deposited Rs.35 lacs and was to deposit remaining Rs.40 lacs. This Court had passed the following order:- "As a matter of last indulgence and making it clear that under no circumstances any further indulgence would be granted. The time fixed, as per order passed in Cr.Misc.No.24655 of 2016, is extended by eight (8) weeks.

With this modification, this application stands disposed of."

A bare perusal of aforesaid order reveals that last indulgence was granted to the petitioner and under no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16036 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 circumstance further indulgence was directed. However, the petitioner has already deposited remaining Rs.40 lacs through bank draft dated 01.03.2017. In the circumstances, only requirement is to grant permission to the petitioner to furnish bail bond in pursuance of anticipatory bail order. After verification of the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount of Rs.75 lacs, the court below shall accept the bail bond of the petitioner, if furnished within two weeks. No further prayer for extension of time would be entertained.

With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
