JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that on search one country made loaded Katta was recovered from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2019 Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged
