There happens to be specific allegation against the son-in-law, who was persistently advancing demand for a motorcycle and for that, was regularly treating the deceased, Gudiya Kumari @ Munni, with whom, he was married in the year 2011 and during course thereof, Ram Pyare Choudhary, maternal uncle and cousin (Fufera Bhai) were also giving due support. On 22.09.2014, informant, Mahesh Choudhary came to know regarding murder of his daughter in the aforesaid background and for that, he had named the petitioner along with others. From the written report itself, it is apparent that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner, so far demand as well as torture is concerned and in the aforesaid background,
