This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier by order dated 22.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 23013 of 2021 bail application of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the event if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from 22.12.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of eight prosecution witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45564 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 131 of 2020 arising out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019.

If the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
