JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion from Class IV posts to Class III posts in the Department of Health, Bihar, Patna and he further prays for issuance of a consequential writ, order or direction so as to grant all consequential benefits arising out of the said promotions to the petitioner and the petitioner further pray for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda, i.e. the Respondent No. 4, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 4, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
