The application is directed against the order dated 05.03.2018 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge-II, Madhepura in ST No. 33 of 2013 arising out of Madhepura PS Case No. 460 of 2010, by which the petition filed by the petitioners dated 12.04.2013, under Section 228(1)(a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for sending the case for trial before the appropriate Court has been rejected.

3. Having considered the matter and upon going through the pleadings and the order impugned, the Court does not find any infirmity in the same so as to warrant any interference.
