JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that, due to inadvertence, section 307 of the IPC has not been mentioned and section 323 of the IPC has been repeated in second paragraph of order no.3 dated 11.9.2019, by which the petitioner has been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail in Neemachandpura Police Station Case No. 07/2019. Submission of the petitioner appears to have substance.

Let section 307 of the IPC also be incorporated with other penal sections mentioned in the aforesaid order and repetition of section 323 IPC therein be ignored. Order dated 27.9.2019 stands corrected to the extent indicated above.
