Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the husband of the deceased is in jail custody mentioned in paragraph-14 of the bail petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 12.09.2020 and petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39626 of 2020(2) dt.08-02-2021 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020.
