Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that total 200 kgs. of Mahua Flower was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody on surrender since 3.6.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42841 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018.
