This application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 41000 of 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54756 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in cause title of order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 41000 of 2020, father's name of petitioner no. 3 has wrongly been typed as " Munidtrika Das" in place of "Mundrika Das" as in the bail petition father's name of petitioner no. 3 was wrongly typed as "Munidtrika Das"

In view of the above submission, in the cause title of order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 41000 of 2020, the father's name of petitioner no.3 be read as "Mundrika Das" in place of "Munidtrika Das". The order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 41000 of 2020 is modified to the said extent only.
