A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.3, the District Provident Fund Officer in which it is stated that only an amount of Rs. 787.26 was transferred from the Post Office to the GPF Account of the petitioner for the year 1984-85 in March, 1985 and upon calculation of the interest it becomes Rs. 3219.02 till 2009-10 which has already been paid to the petitioner.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of.
