The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2015 registered under Section 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is husband of the victim, has not been named in the FIR. Witnesses have stated that the deceased died due to sudden fire while she was cooking food. Similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 29.11.2016 and 09.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 42913/2016 and 54893/2016 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4140 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Chapra, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 272 o 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
