2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35649 of 2020 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of the order.

3. Now the petitioner has entered into a compromise and submitted that the date of surrender may be extended.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35649 of 2020, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

5. This application is allowed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks from today.
