The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 21⁄2 months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015.
