2. This is yet another attempt of the petitioner to obtain regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 227 of 2020 arising out of Barauni (FCI OP) P.S. Case No. 563 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He has seven criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 01.12.2018.

3. Earlier, this Court has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1614 of 2023.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48909 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 informed this Court that the case is being heard for final disposal in the learned trial court.

5. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court is not entertaining the present application. The trial court is expected to conclude the hearing and deliver the judgment as early as possible.
