The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that after being arrested in the present case, the police implicated the petitioner in four other cases. The petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2015 and he has already remained in jail for five and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S.
