2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation regarding payment of salary. It is made clear that, upon filing such representation containing the details of the period for which salary is claimed, along with all relevant supporting materials and documents, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. If, upon such consideration, the grievances of the petitioners are found to be genuine, all admissible dues shall be paid to them.
