The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter, but the victim herself made statement and disclosed that she voluntarily left her house, solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Nobody kidnapped her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Bihta P.S. Case No. 419 of 2015.
