The petitioner seeks bail in Raxaul P.S. Case no. 108/1997, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 12.10.2001 as the petitioner did not appear in court. The petitioner was declared absconder on 28.11.2011. The petitioner is in jail since 21.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
