No. 4294 of 2003 on 22.07.2003, learned Writ Court has not committed any error in rejecting the writ petition on account of earlier order passed which acted as res judicata and reopening the issue after twenty years, we find no error in the order passed by the Writ Court

Patna High Court LPA No.870 of 2016 dt.14-07-2017 2/2 warring reconsideration. In case, the petitioners have any grievance, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to take recourse to any other remedy as may be permissible under law. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
