JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 438 of 2016 registered under Sections 420,406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is simply an agent of the company and the informant has himself deposited the amount.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is named accused and there is direct allegation against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14081 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
