JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Jehanabad under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty, however, with a direction to the Circle Officer, Jehanabad to examine the case of the petitioner and if required, institute proceedings under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and pass necessary orders thereafter.
