The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siwan Town P.S. Case No.233 of 2019 registered under Sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim disclosed that his daughter became traceless while she was going to her house. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant suspected the hands of the petitioner in kidnapping his daughter but the victim herself appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The victim disclosed that

The victim disclosed her age to be 22 years. The victim denied the factum of her kidnapping. Taking into consideration the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping and she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnised marriage with the petitioner out of her sweat will, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.233 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
