This application has been filed complaining noncompliance of the judgment and order passed by this Court in CWJC No.17963 of 2014, whereby this Court while disposing of the writ petition, has directed the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Samastipur to consider the grievance of the petitioner as regarding payment of dues in the light of the order dated 26.9.2014 addressed to the

Patna High Court MJC No.974 of 2016 (5) dt.26-07-2017 District Cooperative Officer, Samastipur and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Since the order was not complied that the present application has been filed.

A show cause and a supplementary show cause have been filed on behalf of the District Manager. Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation in reference to Annexure 'F' to the supplementary show cause filed today submits that the grievance of the petitioner for payment of dues has been examined by the District Manager and rejected vide office order dated 20.07.2017.

In view of the order present at Annexure 'F' to the supplementary show cause, the order of this Court stands complied and the contempt application is accordingly disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner, if so aggrieved, to question the said order before an appropriate forum by filing an appropriate application.
