JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by rod on the head of the informant, causing injuries. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a case and counter case between the parties and there is no repetition of blow by the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the injuries suspected to be dangerous to life. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner may move before the learned court below for regular
