This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to the recovery of pistol and a cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 24.06.2015 having no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in connection with Fatuha P. S. Case No. 283 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall file affidavit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Kundan/- (Gopal Prasad, J) U
